Job Description

Paradise Kids Foundation School is seeking a Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist responsible for warmly greeting clients and visitors at our office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and guests
• Receive mail, documents, and packages
• Answer phone calls
• Arrange meetings
• Sort and distribute mail
• Schedule appointments
