Job Description
Join our team at Xtingers Tech! We are conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Customer Support Representative (CSR).
Time: 4PM-5PM
Location: Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad ( View Map )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to verify order details.
- Respond to inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Document customer interactions in the order system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and chats.
- Minimum Education – INTERMEDIATE.
Job Timing: 10-12 Hours Shift
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
