Job Description

Emerging Horizons is looking for a dedicated Office Administration Assistant to support daily operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and prepare reports.
  • Handle email correspondence and office supplies.
  • Support visitors and clients.

Requirements: Experience in a similar role, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills. Accounting background preferred.

Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs50,00/month
