Job Description

TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Admin Specialist in Sarai Alamgir to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of our waste management operations. Your responsibilities include implementing HR & Admin strategies, leading the operations team, managing administrative functions, and developing budgets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 3-5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role; excellent leadership and communication skills.
