Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fresh food section, including produce, bakery, deli, and meat products. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the fresh food team.
- Schedule staff shifts for peak hours.
- Focus on inventory management and profitability.
