Job Description
Faisal Movers Bus Service is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance via phone and our ticketing system. You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and possess the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues, including camera and internet outages.
Your role will include following standard help desk procedures, logging interactions, and managing help desk software. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
