Job Description
Location: Giga Mall, Islamabad
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday: 2 PM – 10 PM, Saturday: 2 PM – 6 PM
Salary Range: PKR 35,00 – 110,00
Eligibility: Priority for females; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK-based travelers for flight and holiday bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines and tour operators for reservations and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
- Quote, book, and support incentive campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus.
- Negotiation skills with ground handlers.
