Job Description
Thinglogix is seeking a motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as an L1 Software Support Engineer. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong coding background, particularly in JavaScript, and a passion for solving software-related issues.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries through our ticketing system, troubleshooting software issues, and conducting training sessions in collaboration with our development team. This full-time position requires night shift availability and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with AWS and Zendesk is preferred.
