Job Description
NCRI PAKISTAN PVT. LTD. is seeking a full-time Operations and Payroll Specialist to manage HR operations effectively. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR functions, drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring accurate payroll calculations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work. A salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month is offered.
