Job Description
Mindstorm Communications is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This position involves various responsibilities including:
- Calling social media leads and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with resume screening and conducting initial phone screens
- Coordinating interview schedules and managing calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Greeting and assisting interviewees on-site
- Maintaining the candidate database
- Working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills
Timing: 3 PM – 8 PM
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship (Contract length: 12 months)
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs20,00.00 per month
