Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support our Human Resources department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding. Responsibilities include updating internal databases, writing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing documentation for new hires.
Salary ranges from Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month, with benefits such as life and medical insurance, gratuity, EOBI, office lunch, and weekends off.
