Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Customer follow-ups
- Payment follow-ups
- Making presentations in PowerPoint and Excel
- Supervising the delivery of goods
- Handling complaints with technicians and customers
- Scheduling appointments with architects
- Attending to customers and providing assistance
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Line Manager
