Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Abacus Consulting. In this role, you will manage efficient team delivery, adhering to service levels and business targets. Key responsibilities include overseeing business processes, resolving escalated inquiries, conducting performance appraisals, and coaching team members.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on team retention and motivation. This is a full-time contract position for 11 months, offering a competitive salary of Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00.
