Job Description
A.T.S Synthetic Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Entry and Network Support Specialist with 4-5 years of experience from a reputable organization. Candidates should possess at least an Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and resolving current network issues, with knowledge of software and hardware compatibility. Skills in wireless networking, troubleshooting, software installation, and printer maintenance are essential.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00. Responsibilities include incident management, service request completions, and documentation of customer network issues.
