Job Description
Cloud Data Private Limited is seeking a reliable and qualified Debt Collection Team Lead to join our collections management team. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking outstanding customer debts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining thorough records.
Key Responsibilities: Manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely repayments while cultivating positive customer relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in collections required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
