Job Description
IZOC Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic HR Assistant to join our team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This full-time position, with evening shift timings from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, is ideal for fresh graduates with prior internship experience in HR.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding, and contributing to employee engagement activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required along with strong communication skills.
