Job Description
Job Summary: E Smart Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to sell products and build rapport with customers.
- Handle objections and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls and log interactions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of telesales experience.
- Proven sales track record and excellent communication skills.
