Job Description
JT Call Centre Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Urdu Call Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
