Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recovery plans for overdue accounts.
- Analyze delinquent accounts to identify patterns for improved recovery.
- Negotiate settlements and repayment plans for escalated cases.
- Ensure professionalism and ethical standards in customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in collections or recovery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
