S.M.J International Industries is looking for a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure customer satisfaction within our dealer network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aftersales operations and customer service quality.
- Address customer inquiries and issues.
- Collect feedback for product improvement.
- Maintain records and generate aftersales reports.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with effective communication.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00/month
