Job Description
ARD Developers is on the lookout for a skilled Regional Head for Real Estate Development to join our team in Multan. This role encompasses oversight of land acquisition, project development, and sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans for projects, managing local zoning processes, leading project teams, and nurturing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in real estate development with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the Multan market.
