Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Center Representative to join our Customer Experience team.
Job Description:
- Manage Webchat and WhatsApp support.
- Address customer posts and DMs on social media.
- Handle complaints and collaborate with internal teams.
- Record complaints in our CRM system.
- Engage in upselling and churn management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Telecommunication discipline).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Support.
