Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Trello Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, experience in managing client queries, and the ability to assist customers in efficiently using Trello.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
- Help customers create Trello accounts and onboard smoothly.
- Provide training on utilizing Trello for specific requirements.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure a remarkable customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in client support or customer service.
- Familiarity with Trello or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
