Job Description
Job Purpose: To ensure the efficient planning, scheduling, and control of all production activities in a surgical instruments manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure raw materials and tools are available.
- Monitor production processes to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare regular production performance reports.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in medical devices.
