Job Description
ChinesePod, a premier Chinese language-learning platform, is seeking a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Chinese language learning (HSK 1/2 or higher) and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage improvement projects.
- Test mobile apps and websites.
