Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service/call center roles, preferably with UK experience
- Salary: Rs45,00 per month, with incentives up to Rs15,00
Benefits include free medical insurance and a rotational work schedule. After probation, work-from-home options are available.
