Job Description

Join IHCL as a Commis in our Bakery department and play a critical role in delivering exceptional bakery products. Responsibilities include ensuring quality consistency, following standard recipes, and maintaining portion control. You’ll develop creative buffet displays and liaise with the Materials Department to procure necessary ingredients. Upholding high creativity levels and standardizing bakery props across the restaurant to enhance ambience is essential.

Job requirements involve reviewing safety and hygiene audit findings, ensuring compliance with FSSAI guidelines, and monitoring shop floor operations for quality and hygiene. You’ll prepare internal audit checklists and adhere to all legal compliances.
