Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Engineering to oversee our engineering department at IHCL. The successful candidate will conduct regular management meetings and ensure effective communication within the team. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads to review equipment efficiency, implementing preventive maintenance for guest rooms and engineering systems, and working closely with the Security Manager to form crisis management teams. Additionally, the director will assist the Projects Team in completing hotel projects and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations.
