Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exemplary front desk operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean reception area and manage office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Address visitor inquiries and handle complaints effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
