Job Description

Billing Freedom is looking for Female Medical Graduates for a Night Shift position with excellent English communication skills. The role involves managing the front desk of a USA doctor’s office. Responsibilities include:

• Handling medication and refills for patients.
• Managing patient referral processes.
• Following up on patients’ medication with pharmacies.
• Sending appointment reminders.
• Entering patient data into our portal.
• Verifying patient eligibility and benefits with insurance.

Shifts are from 7 PM to 4 AM, and previous experience is welcome, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The monthly salary ranges from Rs65,00.00 to Rs95,00.00.
