Job Description
Job Description: Crossnotch Firm is hiring fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support while gathering feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest version of Windows (minimum Windows 10)
- High-Quality Headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift: Full-time, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Salary: Rs 17,500.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month.
