Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking a dedicated Call Center Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, screen, and interview candidates for night shift positions while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, build strong relationships with candidates, and ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
We are looking for female candidates with 1-2 years of call center recruitment experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
