Job Description
Crossnotch is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for night shift positions. Your duties will include managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring compliance with our company policies.
Female candidates with 1-2 years of experience in call center recruitment are preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. We offer a competitive salary and convenient shift timings from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
