Job Description
Join Grand City Developing as a Purchaser! In this key role, you will manage procurement activities for construction materials, real estate development services, office supplies, and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and negotiating with vendors, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
