Job Description
Summary of the Position:
StormFiber is seeking a Revenue Assurance Executive to provide organizational assistance across various stages and aspects of revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing and service-related issues to retain customers.
- Build trust through customer feedback.
- Ensure timely monthly payments and follow up on pending queries.
- Maintain customer status records.
Requirements:
- B. Com/BBA in Finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong communication skills and ERP understanding.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs50,00/month
