Job Description
OTL Tricon Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced and talented Call Center Agents with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidates will:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager
