Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with Site End Users to deliver effective services.
- Assist in coordinating major incidents and inform the IT teams of service unavailability.
Qualifications:
- BCS degree with at least 3 years of technical support experience.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.
