Job Description
We are currently seeking a Call Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Platinum Communications Pvt. Ltd. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills and must hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing recorded calls, providing feedback, and maintaining quality reports. This part-time role requires 2-3 hours a day from Monday to Friday, offering a monthly salary of 15,00 PKR. Please note that this position is strictly for female candidates only.
