Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging potential customers, and directing them to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commission-based salary and bonuses, with monthly pay ranging from Rs 5,00.00 to Rs 120,00.00.
