Job Description
Resolvers Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Catering to walk-in clients
- Maintaining databases for walk-in and on-call clients
- Managing administrative activities for the Karachi branch
- Liaising with customer care teams
- Collecting inquiries and gathering client feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Location: In-person in Islamabad (preferred commute or relocation)
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Language: English is required
