Position Summary:
As a Plant Controller, you will provide tactical support and visibility to the Plant Process by conducting relevant analysis and reporting, ensuring adherence to Nestlé costing standards and compliance. You will also explore opportunities for cost-effectiveness through the Focus Improvement Pillar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Standard Cost Budget in alignment with the respective Business Unit Controller.
- Coordinate with finance and plant teams for dynamic forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with General Instructions, Technical Instructions, and Financial Reporting.
- Conduct product benchmarking and drive business review meetings.
