Job Description
As the Sales Operations Manager at Vortax LLC, you will lead our call center sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. This strategic role requires you to develop and execute effective sales strategies, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and oversee call center operations for optimal efficiency.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing and 4+ years of sales leadership experience in a call center or digital marketing environment. You should possess strong analytical skills, expertise in sales strategies, and excellent communication abilities.
Location: DHA Phase 1 LHR | Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM | Salary: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month | Job Type: Full-time
