Job Description
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift – (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
Salary Range: 35,00 PKR – 50,00 PKR (Basic Salary) + Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs.
- Meet or exceed call targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in BPO or call centers preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
