Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is seeking a skilled Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily medical billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate claim processing. Your responsibilities will include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), leading the operations team, and identifying issues within the revenue cycle process.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in medical billing, including 2+ years in a managerial role. A Master’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of RCM processes, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in medical billing software are essential.
