Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kiln production for sanitary ceramics.
- Train and supervise workshop employees.
- Resolve kiln process defects.
- Ensure effective communication and personnel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in production management.
- Natural gas kilns knowledge preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a plus.
