Job Description
Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi is seeking a District Coordinator to work in Rahim Yar Khan or Muzaffargarh. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Education, Economics, or a related field and possess 3-4 years of experience in implementing educational projects and community mobilization.
Key responsibilities include improving school enrollment, building community relations, conducting teacher training, overseeing school performance, and ensuring compliance with educational policies. Strong communication, decision-making, and IT skills are essential. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
