Job Description
Join Nestlé Pakistan as a Manufacturing Excellence Manager at our Kabirwala Factory. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement by tracking processes and providing essential tools and methods.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing key performance indicators, coordinating cost-saving initiatives, and leading problem-solving teams. You will also conduct benchmark studies and assist in implementing Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence initiatives across our manufacturing sites.
To succeed, you should have a university degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical), at least 3 years of experience in engineering or production, and a proactive attitude towards cost-saving initiatives.
