Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to call customers for order confirmation, verify shipping addresses, and maintain precise records for smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify customer addresses.
- Provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Persuade customers to complete their orders.
- Reduce returns through accurate order management.
- Track shipments with courier companies.
- Maintain accurate order records using data entry tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic data entry and Excel skills required.
