Job Description
About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident Outbound Sales Representative with a British accent to enhance our team. You will engage in outbound calls to new and existing clients needing large-format printing services, focusing on upselling and acquiring new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients over the phone professionally.
- Upsell services and create new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain strong relationships.
- Write professional emails.
