Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
Earnings based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses.
Shift Timings:
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements:
Good English skills, laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and internet speed of at least 15 Mbps.
